My experience was HORRIBLE!! I have had these braces for 4 years and $6500 later my teeth are still not straight. Every time I go for an appointment it’s a different doctor and I get told something different as to why my teeth are not how they should be. I will NOT recommend anyone to this orthodontic office!!!
My “permanent” retainer has popped off probably 5-7 times. Now part of it has popped off again and I am expected to pay $350 for it to be removed or $75 for them to fix it. CLEARY there is something wrong with the way in which they put on retainers. I am very unhappy about this because I trusted them with placing the retainer and and it has continually broken and I’M expected to pay for them not putting on my retainer properly. I personally believe that since it has done this so many times that they should remove it for free... read more
RecommendedI have not had a problem since going there. They are very nice and friendly at this office.
My son had 10:40 appointment this morning and he still haven't been seen not at all home we go.....some sad!

reasons I think this place is a scam. 1. on June 19th i had a consultation for braces with my daughter. The BB associate...Beverly explained to me the costs ...and told me how much i had to i put down she quoted me 129 a month. 2. orthodontist came in and looked at my daughter's teeth and advised me that my daughter needed 3 teeth pulled. I specifically asked her if she should have the teeth pulled before she has braces put on and the doctor's response was no...get the braces on 1st and then have teeth pulled. ok. 3. They broke a bracket and instead of getting me back in ASAP they told me it wouldn’t be able to be fixed til next time I go in. Then put a big spring across my mouth as a temporary fix. I asked if they could please fix it before vacation so I don’t have a spring across half the front of my mouth and they told me they booked up have to wait FIVE WEEKS all bc they didn’t have that bracket in stock at that location it was at another location.
