Bayou Bluegrass is what other catering companies aspire to be. Erin is AMAZING to work with. She was always very responsive and worked with me to create a perfect menu. The rest of the staff is just as great. It's been over a month and our guests are still telling me how good the food was. We highly recommend them!
We use Bayou Bluegrass Catering for VIP Events, Staff Luncheons and Special Events. The food is always delicious and the staff is very helpful and professional. I would recommend them for any work or family function.
We were not able to cook this year for Thanksgiving because my mom, who usually hosts, has stage 4 breast cancer. We wanted to have food that would be delicious but easy. Having the turkey and a few other necessities was so simple and helped make our dinner perfect. And the turkey's deliciousness will be talked about for some time!!

I have been organizing events for many years with Bayou Bluegrass Catering. Everything from Holiday lunches, Club events to Retirement parties. Matt Falcone, his family and staff could not be more helpful in making each experience an A+ affair. I'm looking forward to seeing and booking Copper Roux! Way to go BBC :)
