RecommendedBayou Bluegrass catered our rehearsal dinner and wedding. It was more than I could’ve asked for. They were so professional and respectful to everyone. The food was excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone. Renee was in charge both nights and she is a true gem to this company. It was one of the best decisions I made in planning our wedding.
spent $86 for Easter Buffet from this company. Your food is cold by the time you get back to the table. Your fried chicken was dry, your lamb was dry, your turkey was cooked to death, your tri tip was tough. Your saving grace was your salads....the rest you need some serious help with. sorry. never again. Copper Rioux is not a place I will visit again. ugh.
Stephan served me last night at the Weinberg Humanitarian Awards. It was such a joy to interact with him! He was so friendly, kindness, and provided excellent service. I felt happier after talking with him. He has a gift for joyful service and you are lucky to have him as an employee.

I had an incredible experience with Erin and Bayou Bluegrass. We had issues come up (as you do with anything you plan over a year in advance) and they worked tirelessly to handle everything. The food was great, Erin was there the entire day to make sure everything ran smoothly, and everyone had a great time. They were flexible, accomodating, and personable through the entire process. I can't get enough of Bayou Bluegrass! I first discovered the heavenly wonders they call food at a wedding planners meeting and was blown away. When my mom asked me about caterers for her customer appreciation gathering (she's an incredible realtor), I showed her Bayou Bluegrass' website and we both started drooling over the menu options.
