The setting of Bayou Barn's event venue is a beautiful open party place, with a large stage for a band or DJ, a big tin roofed covered dance floor with tables along the walls that overlook the Jean Lafitte bayou on two sides. Steps away is a spacious outdoor area for pig roasts, crawfish/shrimp boils, and more dance floors and raised decks for your party to flow outside. Here guests enjoy more dining, dancing and partying under the stars. The site is perfect for any party that wants to stand out as memorable!

Absolutely love the atmosphere of the Bayou Barn. Love it whether it's a day or night event. Nothing like a down home celebration on the bayou.
We had our daughters wedding rehearsal dinner here and I can't say enough about how wonderful it was. The food was fabulous and everyone in that place is very friendly and professional. The ambience the Bayou born is very very special with all the little touches and decorations and the backyard..... Just perfect! Would definitely have any other event there because we loved it that much!
This past weekend, Top Metairie DJ provided wedding ceremony & reception DJ services at Bayou Barn in Marrero. The venue setting and location is very cozy, yet impressive. It was a pleasure working there. The food was delicious, as well. I highly recommend this venue for your upcoming wedding, for it provides an extremely comfortable and "home-style" atmosphere, which ultimately entices wedding guests to "let their hair down and have lots of fun" :-)....
