It can't improve. I just saw this article (link below). It's closed. Permanently. With no notice given to people like me who had reservations in May for graduation. When were you going to let us know, Wyndham? Were you just going to allow us to show up in May and let us see that there was literally no room in the Inn? Not cool! Lucky for me, the College of Education has moved its ceremony to Savannah. What kind of company leaves a note on the door the day of stating their customer has to be out at 11 a.m. for renovations? No warning, no offer to find another hotel in the vicinity, no offer to refund. This is no way to run a hotel.
This hotel should not be open. There was mild on the ceiling. The room smelled of cigarettes and or pot. It was dirty and the curtains and furniture were old. Nasty! nasty!!
This was the worst experience ever. My family and I had to wait over an hour to check in because we were told the room wasn’t ready. I reminded them as I was making reservations that I had two older boys and an infant. Finally, the maintenance guy took us up to the room stating he had to replace the door because a previous customer had push the door open really hard. They were remodeling, they ran out of breakfast food so that was a disappointment. However It Was Clean and staff was friendly. Reasonable price
this hotel doesn’t even deserve 1 star. it was absolutely disgusting. we walked in the door and it smelled bad. the elevator smelled bad too. even the hallways smelled bad. when we got to our room, the refrigerator was open with a dirty towel hanging out of it. there were holes in the walls by both beds and the lights didn’t work. we tried calling the front desk on the phone, but it was broken too. the lady at front desk was rude and when we asked for another room, she said that we could check out and go somewhere else. cust... read more
Wall in bathroom moldy.. came in to water covering bathroom floor. Remote to tv didn't work, tub didn't drain, standing in water when taking a shower.. Side note: they are remodeling.
We stayed there to avoid hurricane Irma while she was tearing up Florida.The best part is that they welcomed our pets!
