If I could give less then one star I would! Absolutely awful hotel DO NOT STAY THERE! So filthy, the people that work there are not helpful or professional and spend time talking on their personal phones in front of costumers. Sorry to inconvenience you at your job! They said we could get a refund but have to talk to the manager Pamela! I’m not sure she even exists, we have driven over, called, and emailed and she hasn’t responded in the last 3 weeks! That place has bed bug and no one want to help with any problems Zead told me he was a manager when I called and then when I told him about the bedbug issue he said he was only a front door agent. Horrible hotel buyer beware
When we checked in we were assigned a room that had been half-ass cleaned, if it has been cleaned at all. There was trash on the floor, no pillowcases on the pillows and the top sheet was so wrinkled it looked far from clean. I checked out the bathroom and when I put up the toilet lid there was urine all over the bowl - DISGUSTING!! My husband went downstairs and they gave us a different room without a problem. The hotel was beautiful but my room had bed bugs. And now I'm fight for my money since I book for 3 nights and left after the 1 st night because of bed bugs. Very bad experience. 1st I ever went to a hotel with bed bugs. Got to take all precautions before I walk in my house
