Book through a third party. I called 2 hours before they talked to me on site .so they could figure it out their payment. And I just show up and get a room. And then I arrived and the nightmare started. Waited between 30 to 45 minutes before I could get help with 2 people running the counter. I was the only person in the lobby 11:15 to 12:15 they couldn't reach third party about payment when I called them at 10 and waited until they close to call in. SCAM‼️‼️‼️‼️ By far the worst hotel I've ever been to, no microwaves, refrigerator, or clean rooms like described in the description. Had roaches in the bedside cabinets, cigarette holes in the sheets, and the staff member that was there was High as a kite, kept leaving the front desk, and was nowhere to be found when I was trying to check in or out. I would leave zero stars if I could. This room wasn't even worth 10 dollars. First off this hotel is smoke free and my room smelled like cigarettes when I walked in. There was burn holes on my blanket and blood stains on my sheets. The mini fridge in the room didn't work. The tv remote didn't work with the tv. I had to wait an hour for more towels and rags which were rough and no longer white. My shower in the morning was cold. I was rushed to check-out at 10 but check-out was supposed to be 11. This place is dirty leaking from the lobby ceiling. Beds have stains. The front desk person was nice but we asked for a blanket and came in 2 hours later. The shower is dirty don’t stay here
DO NOT BOOK HERE! The photos for this place are false!!! There’s no pool and no gym. There’s wasn’t even breakfast. There's no telephone in the rooms. Our room smelled like mold. The towels were stained! We were supposed to stay for four days but we left after the second night and went to another hotel.
