Date is 1-18-20 it’s a long story but the highlights are I was accused of having a dog witch I do not I was hung up on while trying to explain I didn’t have a dog . Called back after being hung up on was told by the manager who is the one that hung up on me if I didn’t like her attitude I could check out she also refused to let me speak to her boss. Literally appalled at the lack of customer service and professionalism displayed by this night manager I would give her name but she refused to give me that also
I loved the clean, cosy, home-like atmosphere, great breakfast in a very well-taken care of breakfast launch. All staff people were very friendly and professional.
