RecommendedOur room is squeaky clean. The bed is very comfortable. Oh yes the pool is clean and beautiful, our favorite is the hot tub!! Im so impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. Im a big coffee drinker and appreciate the hot coffee readily available around the corner in the lobby.
We stay here every time we go to the Island! Have never been disappointed!
Booked a room for September on booking.com. Arrived on our September date with no reservation. Manger said it was booked for August. Because we didn’t show we got charged. I said it was booked for September. The manger said we could book the room so we had to charge you. I filed a disburse. She lied and said I admitted I booked it for the wrong date. Wrong! Then said they were full that night! Lie! Was not helpful or friendly even though I paid almost 400 to stay 1 night! 😔
Clean and very nice. Beds are comfy but the pull out couch is less desirable. The pool area is nice however the pool is cold and the hot tub is not real hot. The staff is very pleasant and helpful.

Very nice rooms every thing was clean and well taken care off. Staff was great helpful with planning our stay the hotel is in a great spot we were able to walk to shops and restaurants We will be back
Very nice place to stay & very clean comfortable to stay w/ my family .. all the amenities is very good & its easy to go arround the city .... this is d best places to stay ... thank u we hope that we can come here again ❤️❤️❤️
