they took off $250 off my card they said I was smoking in my room when I would go outside to smoke EVERYTIME!! no reason noone smoked in that room PERIOD AND I STILL NEVER GOT A DIME BACK I WOULD never recommend anyone to go to this hotel and the staff was very rude!
I showered in ankle deep water, the bed was hard as a rock and our continental breakfast was cereal and coffee $170.00 I should have been able to eat a waffle or biscuits and gravey, we are capable of grabbing and go even with a real breakfast.

The hotel was full and they did not keep the advertised “hot breakfast “ stocked , even the coffee ran out . Guests were getting frustrated . I heard some talking about going to a local restaurant , even though they paid $140 for a room .
