Nasty!!! Room not cleaned or bed made after we arrived back to our room that evening. Had to go and get clean towels and did complain two nights in a row... just keep on looking... by pass the Baymont Inn and Suites.
Needs much repair. Toilet rocks on floor, no phone working in room, no working re-access doors because of lock issues, no working guest computer, doors closed with caution tape to not allow access to stairs by desk, smells awful from whatever they use to clean the rooms with. Should be 50.00 a night instead of 90.00 a night. Only been here 1 night and have 5 more to go. Clean room, plenty of towels and our beds were comfortable. Also the complimentary breakfast was hot and delicious!! Just there for 1 night but very good experience!!
Nice room quiet but stained sheets only 1 ice machine works and everything looks like the shinning. I was waiting for the twin girls to ride a big wheel down the hall!
Very good experience. They were helpful and breakfast was great. Checked in late so night time clerk was very nice. Thank you.
Housekeeping was very poor...One of my friends had bugs in her room...Eill not be staying there again!
I recently stayed here and loved it. I have no idea where the bad reviews come from. I had nothing but good interactions with the staff and loved the biscuits and gravy for breakfast. While I was there I saw a woman I assume is a crack addict arguing with the manager. She did her best to accommodate the guest but lets be honest drug addicts can't be reasoned with.
