Clean the rooms! Tuesday night I tried THREE rooms and they were all filthy! The clerk took pictures because she was shocked! I had to get a refund and leave! I will never stay there ever!
Pool room had ants crawling through the cracks. They were not prepared for the number of people at breakfast. Ran out of basics like butter, milk jelly

Bed bugs!!! Manager has not returned my call! Poor customer service considering what I am going through with allergic reaction, itching and severe burning and swelling in the bite areas. Had to throw our luggage and clothing to make sure I don’t spread to my house.
The staff seemed bothered by people checking in, asking for extra towels etc, no customer service at all. Breakfast was a good variety, however the fruit had seen better days, the biscuits were rock hard for example. Pool was ok, around the pool was not clean. All rooms are supposedly non smoking, we were in room 104 and you could tell someone had smoked in our room recently, front desk said NO, but you could smell it. Beds were awful, huge sinkhole in center. We will be looking for a different place to stay in the Iowa City... read more
