The worst ever, the general manager, manager, and Corp office ....were aware of my issues so I was told since Saturday 26th ....I was lied to promise my issues would be resolved and still have charges to my account it started off with 90.52 three times then it dropped to 90.52 twice then 90.52 five times after issues was resolved so I was told now 7 charges of 90.52....I have called over 27 times nobody has decided to explain how 2 nights equals who to the amount charged....BEWARE THESE PPL HAVE NO INTEGRITY, THEY REFUSE TO ... read more

I booked a room days before check in. It said to have a balcony and king size bed. Get here they give me a room with king size bed no balcony. I asked for the Balcony she say all she can offer is 2 full size beds and a balcony. Remind you it’s 2 of us and I’m a big girl we both aren’t fitting in a full size bed. The room is under the garage so no sunlight and when people park light shining through the windows. This place SUCKS!!! So far...one of the WORST hotel stays I've had. Book my room months ago. I made 2 very simple requests: 1) a room on a high floor and 2) extra pillows. We check in and yes we got a high floor but they had no extra pillows???? King size bed with 2 adults and you get 3 small pillows. My wife is handicapped and uses the extra pillows to help her sleep at night. The front desk manager said and I quote "they dont have extra pillows they just have enough for each room" WHAT??? Maintenance/ housekeeping are lacking. Had to beg for towels two days out of three. Day one I only asked for coffee service.

Three very small pillows only on the bed. No towels in the room. Had to call to get towels. Only bathmats were available. Took the night manager two trips to bring four mats to use as towels. Although the hotel was sparsely populated, we were placed at the end of a very long hall. Bed was comfortable.

If I ever get a chance I will be staying at this hotel again. I had trouble checking in because it was my first time using our Corporate Lodging card. The Clerk was very patient and we finally got me checked in. The room was perfect for me and I was so snuggled in one of the most comfortable beds that I didn't want to leave. The breakfast was very satisfying and the upgrade to the hot breakfast was well worth it. The staff members were all delightful and made sure I was happy. Price was reasonable...but always remember you pay for what you get. Hotel was old and dated. Room was on the dirty side, electric (outlets) seem sketchy, water pressure was poor in shower, many lights in parking lot were not on at night..very dark outside. I probably would not stay here again.

Nightmare in 164! We drove down from Maine, my husband and I to visit family and because it's our honeymoon. When checking in we were over looked by 3 ladies and I hate to say this but because we are not Black we received attitudes from all the staff. When checking in Ebony was rude, rolled her eyes at my husband. Made us feel so uncomfortable.
