RecommendedWe came to the hotel and was able to check in early everything work great and very friendly staff
The common area is open, bright and welcoming. I am a stickler for clean hotels and this one gets 5 stars!!! The rooms are big, the beds are like laying on a piece of heaven and their suites have a door to separate the living space for added privacy.....perfect for when traveling with the kiddos! 5 stars
I stay here quite often with my children. one who has severe medical issues. Last Wednesday we were there when my daughter had an emergency. I called the front desk and within moments not only was the wonderful attendant up in my room (not sure if I'm allowed to mention names), but she came up with a shirt for me (mine was ruined caring for my daughter) as well as new sheets, pillows, towels that my daughter had ruined. and then she stayed and offered to sit with me in the emergency room! These people are trash! My wife and myself stayed there and were charged 200 dollars for room damage.. we only slept in the room and did not damage anything!! I highly recommend to stay away from this hotel! They screw good people out of money! Terrible service and instead of talking to me about the room damage they just hung up on me
Cleaning staff were cleaning carpets outside our door at 7:00 AM on Thanksgiving morning waking us all up. Complained to front desk. Attendant told us she would let her boss know. I was expecting an apology or at least an acknowledgement that we were inconvenienced but we never heard anything. Very disappointed in their customer service. I will be hesitant to stay at a Baymont Inn in the future and will definitely not return to this one.
Clean hotel and friendly staff. We only popped in for the evening on out way from Viginia to Kansas but it was worth it. The breakfast wad good too with biscuits and gravy!
Very nice hotel. Evening attendant went out of her way, even brought us towels all the way out to the pool.
