The staff was great for the 5 minutes we saw them b4 there was a glitch in the system and over sold rooms. Not a big deal. Hotel next door. What wasn’t professional or even ADULT LIKE, was the hotels.com rep screaming so loud at the manager we could hear over the phone. HORRIBLE TO THE HOTELS.COM REP… Very Unprofessional!!! Management and staff at hotel were GREAT!!

The room was roach infested. They were coming from behind the tv, from under the base boards. It was ridiculous When I called the front desk about it I was told that there was nothing they could do about. When I asked for my refund I was told I would have to call the manager on Monday morning. The floors were not clean. When I asked to move rooms the front desk told me they were sold out. The hotel was not sold they had about 6 rooms on the first.
Do NOT stay here. We stayed here over Thanksgiving. We had to change rooms 3 times. First time the room was roach infested, no hot water, beds were not clean (I found a fingernail under the covers) and smelled like mildew; second time the door didn’t even work to open the door, third time was okay but I still did see a couple roaches. They said they’ve been fumigating “section by section.” Then don’t give your rooms away when you KNOW they’re roach infested! Roach Infested nasty! Do not stay here! We were told we could not get a refund because we booked through a reputable company Expedia , we would have to call them. The clerk said she would make a note . Called today to get our refund and the clerk wrote problem solved ! 😡 so now we want to lie about solving the problem! I know it wasn’t expensive but come on roaches ! They were crawling in our beds ! Let’s see if the heath department in Jacksonville can solve the problem !
Roach infested..... Nasty
Booking was wrong. Dirty bathroom. No working light in bathroom, and couldn’t be fixed because there’s only ONE person working in the whole place. Hole in outside door we had to plug with toilet paper. Nasty manager. STAY AWAY from this one!

NOT happy right now. Room has flooded twice... a good 2 inches deep and 4 foot into room whole width of room.....front desk attendant told me "well we did just have a storm".... REALLY??? well water didn't come in door!!! Air condition unit made very loud gurling noise then water poured in!!! Asked for maintenance to come because shower also had no cold water...ONLY EXTREME BURN YOUR SKIN OFF THE BONE HOT.
