I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding the condition of our room, [205], during our recent stay from Friday August 7th to Monday August 10th. We encountered several significant issues that greatly impacted our comfort and overall experience. If I could give 0 stars I would. -Please read the reviews before you stay here. I was assigned a room where the front door would not lock as the hinge was broken. Went to the front desk to ask for a room swap and was told no. Made it to call customer service and they mentioned to me that they could then move me to a room but not the one that I specifically booked. I left the hotel and asked for a refund but have not heard a word back from this company. Awful experience.

Do not stay in...no wifi but only the it's members. Rooms are dirty hotel smells. The service person gives you no info if there's breakfast or not.
