Feels like a scam. Online price booked from their website was 113, in person was 170. It was 1am, so we couldn't use the online check-in. Feels like they are preying on overnight folks from the airport. Front desk guy was rude and unhelpful. The lady that drove the shuttle back to the was nice, but that's it. Ended up staying out of desperation and the room was OK, except the toilet wouldn't flush.

I was hesitant at first as my room was not ready when they assigned it, however, the manager was very helpful and assigned me to another room. The King size bed roo. Has a jacuzzi tub which was a much needed surprise. The room was large and comfortable. It could have been cleaned a little better, some things were not (sticky counter, soap on sinks), but over all a good experience.

Since they were renamed Baymont from Microtel, they have cleaned up the place and made the hotel much more secure.... The cops aren't swarming the place anymore and seems that all around everything has been upgraded from what it was.. Room rates are decent and the rooms are clean (for the most part).

My reservation had to be canceled but I didn’t see the refund in my account so I called them and asked why I haven’t gotten the refund and the man proceeded to yell at me over a misunderstanding I was expecting to see the refund in my account and instead of calmly explaining to me how cancellations work he instead yelled at me over the phone and hanged up.
