Took 45m after calling 3 times to get a shuttle to pick us up from the Airport, after they said 10 to 15m. The driver was very unhelpful, didn't pick up our luggage instead just watched us and told us he's glad we are not old. Rooms was dirty, trash on the ground. Other people's hair in our beds. Smelled. Bed was rock solid, very uncomfortable. We scheduled for shuttle to pick us up at 7:30 am, and their sign says be there 10 minutes prior. We waited 20 minutes after pickup time and got a Uber instead.
This is an older property and it was obvious. The room was clean but my room smelled like burnt Carmel. The coffee was only decaf. I asked for an extra pillow my first night and they said no because they were fully booked. This was disappointing. Breakfast was slim and the same every one of the 5 days I was there. Parking is cruddy.
The manager Samuel Masih was so helpful and accommodating for our group of 7. The breakfast was very tasty. The rooms were clean and comfortable, no frills but just what we needed for an overnight stay near the airport.
Horrible conditions and horrible service. DO NOT BOOK HERE
