Ok for a 1 night stay before a cruise from Whittier but not for any longer. Hotel badly needs renovating. But … very convenient to airport, free shuttle, and staff very nice.

Terrible. Theives stole our luggage right out in front of door that sais servalence camera. They were rude not respectful . Outrageous. Lost everything we had including medications

We ended up not staying at this hotel. When my wife got to the hotel room, she saw that there was urine in the bathroom that needed to be cleaned up, she also noticed the sheets hadn't been changed. The room had not been cleaned at all prior to her arrival. She let the staff know and they brought sheets up to the room to swap out. My wife helped changed the sheets (guests should not have to clean the rooms before being able to stay) and the room was too dirty to stay there without a proper cleaning. Unprofessional and Rude Night Staff (call his name Martin - sure that is fake. No employee badge or name.) I was highly disappointed by the service here. The night-duty supervisor was extremely rude and unprofessional. He definitely needs some proper training in customer service and basic manners. I expected much better treatment.

We stayed here for one night to save money on our way back from a week long trip around Alaska. It wasn’t worth it. The hotel is just old and dirty. The only redeeming traits to this place were the free shuttle and some of the kind staff members.
