Disgusting. Lobby gross. First room hadn't been made up. Second room: pulled back comforter and sheets covered in pubic hairs, leftovers in fridge, brown stains and crumbs on carpet, BROWN STAINS ON COMFORTER(feces??!!), parking lot as nice as room. Very cooperative refunding my money. Elevator squeaked and groaned, pushed button and the panel almost fell off the wall. Oh, and room stunk! But they're pet friendly. Do not stay here. Yuck.

This hotel earned their 1 star rating from me. We arrived into anchorage after traveling for approximately 12 hours on 2 different airplanes. Our flight was delayed, which caused us to miss getting our rental car for the evenings. So my wife, 2 kids (ages 9 and 8) and I stayed at the airport till the rental car company opened up at 5:30am. From there, we got our vehicle and went straight to the hotel. We had reservations for a couple months prior to this trip. For the night we flew in and following night. Horrible experience in this hotel. The service in this “hotel” is non acceptable. Especially the two receptionist. We made a booking for 5 people and they gave us only 2 beds, trying to charge us for a 3 supletory bed. The receptionist where mean, also looking under the influence of marihuana. No recommend this experience to anyone

I asked the night before if the shuttle ran on time. I wrote on the sheet the night before that I would take the 6:30 shuttle. I was in the lobby at 6:05 and no one was there until 6:40, so I had to cut my losses and order an Uber to the airport. Room was nice but between that and the internet not working I don’t know if I will return.

Please do not stay here. The place is not up to par on so many levels. If you are out of options for places to stay hotel wise, try airnb. We were forced to stay there due to being booked through Princess with a group. Carpets are not clean, pet urine smell in room, comforter blanket frayed and old, did not feel safe, rooms are not cleaned well. (toenails on carpet, hair in bathroom) they do not clean or enter rooms daily unless you request and give permission for cleaning staff to be in your room if that tells you anything.
