The room was dingy and the hot tub would not work properly. after seeking some compensation after my grave dissatisfaction I was advised that if I checked out early at 1 in the morning I would get a full refund so I gathered all my things and drove all the way home and now they are trying to get away with only offering me a total of a 30% discount and they actually took 15% back of that out of my account leaving me with only a dollar 99 refund and I've been waiting since Saturday and this is now Thursday. if my account is no... read more
friendly staff clean and comfortable
Disgusting ! Dirty dried out washcloth in first room and toilet didn’t flush. We were moved to a second room that was even worse! Nasty crusty white stain on comforter and urine all over the side of the toilet. Along with nasty sticky spots on walls and furniture. BARF ! Keep driving ......
@WyndhamHotels @BaymontInns still no resolution on my canceled room and ruined weekend. You think it would be easy to give me two comp rooms to shut me up. Instead, they sent me an email and blamed me. #baymontinnssuck #wyndhamhoteldontcare.
Was a nice room, with nice people. close to work
Absolutely awful place to stay. Had a joining room with family. Killed on bedbug, went to our room to find 5 bedbugs on the sheets and pillows, once the blanket was pulled down. Needless to say, we left in a hurry.
