The staff was excellent, the pool and hot tub was actually better than first thought. Pictures don't do them justice and the rooms were nice and clean and the bed was one of the better ones our family has slept on during our travels. And the pricing was reasonable.
I was so excited after a long 15 hour travel to find this place. I normally stay with Club Carlson hotels because of service but I was exhausted and picked this. The night started off great with the desk clerk offering a 10% discount. She was great. The next morning we got up and went down to breakfast the breakfast looked really good, BUT then we encountered the lady running it! Called around 2pm for a CLC room that same evening. They had a room and even held it for me. (Most hotels wont hold CLC rooms. First come first serve.) Woman at check in was nice. Room was clean, spacious, and fantastic channel selection on tv. Hallways and rooms smelled pleasant. Will stay here in the future.
If I could rate no stars I would. We booked our room for the OU game 1 week in advance. After spending the entire day at the stadium the 6 of us finally sat down to a meal and that's when I got the phone call that our 2 rooms we had booked were non existent. The lady then informed me they would be sending my family to a hotel 11 miles out side of town . I will NEVER stay with any of your hotels again.
