Horrible management, owner, and rooms. My hottub suites roof leaked throughout the night and they refused to give me a refund.
ac/ heat don't work door knob broke, water barely drips out of the shower head , it's a dump!
Absolutely horrible experience and I haven’t even stayed there yet!!!! I called to modify my room and needed to call back to get a confirmation email. Shelly then stated she couldn’t modify it after she did..... and it’s “not her fault” she would not give me her superiors name or information to contact him. I will be cancelling my whole stay. This has been absolutely the worst experience she then wouldn’t give me her name and hung up on me!!!!
My pillows had dried blood on them
Very outdated, old dirty rooms, weird kinda bugs in our room and bathroom..no toliet paper holder, towels like sand paper, weird people hanging around the parking lot ( Druggies). Felt very unsafe, I will never be staying at a Baymont Inn again !!!
We love visiting Anderson Baymont suites. My kids love the indoor pool. Great friendly staff. Marvin is so kind. We will be going back.
The heart of Super Walmart, Arby's, Jack-in-the-box, Anderson, cottonwood, Redding, location, location, location. Business is booming in this neighborhood! � Right now best weather fall/winter of anywhere in NorCal! � I got my summer tan back, Indian summer tan! �
Breakfast completely sucked. Rooms dirty. Lots of drugs and hookers aroound cops here every day I was here
Price was good. Room clean . Hall way when we checked in was terrible. The maid had everything all in front of rooms. Looked very sloppy. Poor cleaning habits. Doors to the outside are broken. So security wasn't there.
