Bitte nicht buchen! Wir haben 2x ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, da jedesmal in dem Zimmer die Toilette nicht funktionierte. Der Pool ist trüb und dreckig. Die Kinder sind somit nicht in den Pool gegangen. Sehr schade. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht, wegen eines Umbau gab es keins, nur ein kleiner Rabatt wurde als Ausgleich gewährt. There were too many problems to deal with, I can always deal with a few issues, this place has alot. I won't recite the list: The the staff were all nice and all tried to help in one way or another, there's just not enough staff to deal with the buildings problems and daily functions.
Let me preface by saying these complaints are not directed at the hotel staff themselves, they were clearly understaffed and doing what they could. The cons: Shower did not have hot water Room was missing a nightstand, like it was ripped out of the wall Lamps were missing lightbulbs No soap No toilet paper Crumbs in bed Missing pillows Floor was sticky throughout the entire room Bathroom door did not close The pros: Hotel staff was accommodating in refunding the room fees as we did not stay the night here. Avoid.
The staff Goes above and beyond! I love love love this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfy, and the cable is great. Also the pool is nice!
