Me and my spouse have stayed at Baymont several times in Auburn Hills. We will not return because of the pitiful service we received from a Caucasian manager. He kept our 50 dollar deposit because my spouse had an accident on the bed. To make matters worse he was rude and showed me and my spouse off like we were animals. I don’t understand how this company can employee somebody as rude as this manager. He tried email me and change his demeanor, but I will not stay at this place again because of this experience.
I wish that could have given this facility a zero rating. My mini fridge had black mold growing in it; management admitted that black mold in the fridge was an ongoing problem. She didn't even accommodate me.

My room is nasty and dirty! They was hair in the bathtub and dirty washcloths in the shower! There are stains all over the bed skirts and blood on the bathroom wall! And the halls smell like pot and my son was asking the that nasty smell was! I will never stay there again! It just seems they let the place go to hell! It use to be clean and a great place to stay not as anymore
Service was very professional, Clerk had a BEAUTIFUL ATTITUDE, I will b coming back. They Cleaned up their act.
This place is comfortable and the prices are decent.
