I booked a room for the weekend for the shannon shrines fundraiser event and when I arrived the event was canceled. I went to checkout the next morning at 9am and asked for my checkout receipt and was given a receipt for the entire weekend booked not a checkout receipt showing i checked out. I asked the desk clerk for a checkout receipt and was told she can't give me one my stay wasn't over. I told her yes it is I just checked out. Nos quedamos en este hotel en Tyler porque es de la cadena Wyndham donde solemos quedarnos. Por fuera es bonito y grande como todos. Las habitaciones son amplias, pero las camas son matrimoniales, justo apenas para dos personas delgadas. Tiene un pequeño refrigerador, microondas, cafetera, secadora de cabello, televisión, escritorio y burro de planchar. El teléfono no funciona. Excellent staff service. Had minor common issues with the room that they fixed right away and made sure our stay was comfortable. Room was clean, breakfast was hot, front desk was attentive. Better than average service and conditions for the price. Highly recommend.

Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable with easy check in/out. Friendly staff. Second time staying here... great experience.
