My family and I have been here for about a week or so while my husband is here doing a job .. and the staff have been so heartwarming and wonderful to my kids and treated them like their own .. I have never stayed somewhere where they treat you like your apart of their family !! Everyone always has a smile on their face.. they make sure you have everything you need. This place was above expectations! The beds were comfy, linens clean, no bedbugs or funky smells, hot water was HOT with good water pressure, fridge and microwave worked, and room was pretty clean. I didn't use the iron but I did use the hairdryer. The service was absolutely amazing, and the smiles were friendly. The only issue was the key card not working 50% of the time, but I never went to the front desk with it (too stubborn I guess) because I made it work after 10 tries or so. In Jan 28-29th I jad a reservation. I was traveling across country and thought I'd make it. I got way to tired to drive any further. For safety i got a room with Wyndham but in Tennessee. When i called to cancel this on in Tuscaloosa the receptionist got very upset and said he was going to charge me for my room and a cancellation fee. I explained i was exhausted and still staying at a Wyndham. He began yelling at me all upset. I had to pass out from moving and driving clear across country. Friendly and helpful service. Room was very clean. People at the desk were personable. The morning lady give me a tourist trip. Very enjoyable stay.
