Just stayed there on 10/25/25 and very clean hotel but far as customer service I will never come back. The front desk clerk Misti I believe is her name was really rude and threatened to have us kicked out not even 30 mins after us checking in because my wife and kids were going to the pool to swim and my mother in law and sister in law were just going to stand to watch. They weren't even swimming. And she told us she was watching the camera and could have us kicked out just for having two visitors which are really Christian ... read more
The employees are amazing and so kind. It always smells clean. I stay here traveling between southern Illinois and Southern Alabama and it's a perfect halfway point. They have a sauna room in the pool area as a bonus. It is a little sketchy at night but you will find that at plenty of hotels that may be on their control. It's an older hotel but you can tell they work hard to keep it looking good. I'd suggest some more deep cleaning. But other than that, it was great!

Me and my boys just needed a quick reset from football games all day long we came here and was greeted Ms Nancy she was very pleasant and set her expectations from the beginning she was welcoming and extremely helpful… all my questions were answered and needs meet we definitely enjoyed the location and the indoor pool is a plus for any kind of weather… we will definitely be returning had a great lil one day staycation🥰
Nancy Ellis Assistant Manager, is an outstanding front desk employee and Assistant GM. Came to Tupelo for a Wedding and she was so helpful with getting the rooms. Quick and easy check-in, and overall great employee. Would definitely recommend staying here for your next visit!
