Hotel was dirty, sheets were dirty, bathroom was dirty, shower wasn’t cleaned. Had bed bugs we found two and left asap! Of course they denied it! One girl came in and took one in a napkin. Took a picture of the bigger one. Said they didn’t have a problem but they have someone come out already twice this month to spray for them. So disappointing. So disgusting. The stay was nice . I’m from this area but was visiting family in the hospital from Denver CO. I ARRIVED @ 5pm. I can’t remember who the lady was but very friendly and laid the rules DOWN OF THE HOTEL YOU CAN DEFITNATLY TELL THEY HAD SOME PARTIES BECAUSE SHE MADE IT VERY CLEAR NO PARTIES. I booked this hotel because of the presidential suite. It was nice but the cleaning staff needs to take down the Cobb webbs in the room. Other than that the room was spacious AND THE HOT TUB WORKED. Everyone and everything was great except the breakfast. So disappointed. Literally no protein options other than single serve sugar yogurt. All pre-made, processed food items, except for the waffles you can make, but still considered processed. $200 a night should offer a better breakfast!
