The rooms were clean and bed was comfy. HOWEVER, the house cleaning staff was VERY RUDE!! They were yelling at each other down the hall at 7 am. knocked on our door twice before check out time. i finally had to be rude back and say we would be out by 11. great price but the staff was very very rude!! And on top of that, they opened our door without knocking!!! i sincerely wish we could get a refund or at least half back.
It's a nice hotel but not for kids.. we had to bring our kids to stay because of storm damage to our home and we got the most expensive room because of discounts we had in our app and wanted them to be less stressed and have a good time. We checked with front desk with two different people to make sure it's ok they stay and they both said yes but after the second night we got calls back to back from front desk saying children are not allowed and they are being to noisy but they where both very quite.. it was the room down fr... read more

We had a great stay from the moment we arrived. Nancy at the front desk greeted us and made us feel so welcome. She accommodated everything we needed and made our stay very enjoyable. Our room was great and very clean. Definitely coming back in the future!
Okayish for the price we paid. The only reason we chose here was because of the indoor pool. Pretty sketchy outside at night. Our room was not the cleanest, but it wasn’t terrible either(the beds were clean and comfy). It did smell pretty bad like mothballs. The front desk lady was nice, and the pool area was nice. I would maybe stay here again, but I’ll bring a bottle of air freshener with me.
