Pretty cool spot but staff was not to friendly, the hot tub and pool were out of order, sheets and blankets didn't appear to be fresh, and couldn't provide is with extra pillows like we requested. Hopefully my card doesn't get charged 2x
My credit card was billed twice for my stay during the Sturgis rally 2017. Our room keys would not work at night and we came back to our room and fresh towels were not given daily. And the front desk was not very friendly would not stay here again or recommend to anyone else!
This was the worst experience ever with a hotel reservation i have ever had in my life and ghe hotel suck nothing worked hot didnt work for 4 days and nobody fixing it the door to room split in half and watched ppl show up from across the country to find out their paid reservations were lost they lost are reservations 3 days before trip they said they would redo it for twice the price this is the worst hotel ever
When we approached the parking lot people were telling us this hotel was not respecting their reservations and Lord be hold when we asked for our five rooms that were paid 4 months ago by Expedia they did not only respect our reservations they told us to leave their premises. After driving 1500 miles this has being our worst nightmare.
Was a nice place to stay. Close to everything. Air conditioner needed repair. Didnt keep room cool.
