The room was adequate but the surprise "incident fee" was not written anywhere on the site. Its just bad business to surprise people with fees. We were just stoping in the town and driving on the next morning and didnt have time for delays due to fees we werent informed of. Its just not respectful. Adjust your rates to get better customers or to cover damages but dont hide fees.
Me and my husband and my step daughter got a room for 2 nights at this motel then my husband went and told the guy down stairs 2 more nights the guy said ok then as soon we notice a elderly women knocking at our room door telling us to get out that my step daughter had checked out In the morning she didnt the elderly women threaten her supervisor on us said we didn't pay when we did pay for extra nights to stay i dont recommend this motel at all worst motel ever the people that work there are horrible.worst place to stay.don... read more
