Stay was good very helpful clean room housekeeping was polite and good service
Someone was banging on my wall all night so I couldn’t sleep. I went down and asked for a refund or switch rooms both of which the manager David denies. So I called Wyndham and opened a case and then David unlocks my room 3 hours before checkout saying since I opened a Wyndham case that means I checked out and said I have to leave or he’ll call police. Then he comes in and says since I used a towel to wipe off some mud that he will charge me an additional $50 and he does. Also all their beds have stains on the sheets. I swit... read more
