The room was nice spacious and comfortable, the staff were awesome and very friendly.. I would stay there again and I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in the Saraland area. Very nice hotel , breakfast good, great staff and quiet and prices very reasonable prices…
Had a hard time checking in. Hotel has drastically changed with new owners. Used to be the best in Saralamd, now not so clean and not so special but better than I65 location. No hot water , just warm water. No hotel guide? No ice machine close by. Tub was dirty and sheets had not been changed. Found hair in bed and tub. Breakfast was waffles and a few other things, nothing lije it used to be.
This place gets a 0 star review from me and my family. We just stayed for the night while on our way to the beach. There was roaches, mold and disgusting filters in the AC unit(Dust and Fur)! Do not stay here! Swimming pool was also dirty!
