One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in, especially considering the price. Upon first arrival, there was no one in the lobby to help us check-in for a while. The room smelled musty, the bed was sunken in the middle, paint chipping from the ceiling, A/C didn’t work, and the list goes on and on. Seriously, do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. Truly shocked Wyndham still has their name attached to this dump. Really disappointing

I booked this hotel through Booking.com, and unfortunately my experience started before I even checked in. During the booking process, the reservation ended up being made for a different date than the one I intended. I realized the mistake and contacted the hotel within about 30 minutes of making the reservation, well before the check-in date, asking if they could either cancel the reservation. Rooms are very small on an outdoor corridor, three floors with cracked, peeling, and wet cement outside. Showers have little pressure and inadequate light. Bed is comfortable and clean, but loves eat is old and lumpy. Some fixtures didn't work and I was told there was no one who could come and fix them until

This stay was bad. Sorry this is so long, but I have a lot to say.. this is the review I left with Wyndham: 1. Text welcome asking if fwe need anything was meaningless... I replied to it asking for coffee and creamer (our room had one pod for tea and nothing else) - no response at all. 2. Bathroom sink faucet is in disrepair - moves and reveals disgusting black sludge (room 311) 3.
