Had a family emergency and had to cancel our trip last minute. They canceled our reservation for us with out hassle or charge. Very pleasant people and outstanding service!

The location and uniqueness of the building has the potential to be very demure, very cutsie. But that's all the good I'll say about this place. After a long time in the car, it's usually my priority to hop in the shower and freshen up. When we got to the Baymont, check-in was fairly quick, and we went straight to the room. I went to hop in the shower, and stood there for 10 minutes trying to get warm water (by minute 10 I would have settled for mildly warm). 家具老舊環境差就算了，飯店基本該有的衛生都做不好，一翻開被子，床上有明顯髒污，死蟲子，餅乾渣，另外一張床單上有不知番茄醬還是血跡的髒污，沒有一張床可以用來睡覺，明顯他們這裡的床上用品沒有在更換的。打了housekeeping來換了床單，卻沒有換被單。兩張床的被單上也是明顯髒污，打了三次客房電話，等了超多半個小時，房務姍姍來遲，說他們很忙，並且跟我說被單上的異物不是沒有更換，還是洗衣機的問題。像鞋印一樣的污漬都清洗不乾淨的話，真的懷疑這家酒店有在做清潔嗎？由於實在是太惡心了，沒有特別拍照紀錄，由於我只使用一張床，現在還有一張未更換的被單，我還可以拍照存証。另外，準備睡覺的時候我又特意留意了一下枕頭，有明顯異味，真的是太惡心了，這輩子沒有住過環境這麼糟糕的酒店。有衛生要求的人，千萬千萬避雷這家酒店 照片是客房人員說machine問題，不是沒換得被單，連這種髒污都洗不乾淨的洗衣機，是存在在上個世紀嗎

There is so much potential here. Does not live up to Wyndham standards at all. Pool and ice machines were closed/out of order. Breakfast offered consisted of toast, cereal, and/or waffle. Super sugary juice or coffee. My daughter’s pillow case had a blood stain on it and was torn. Refrigerator in the room was all wonky. We slept well but with one eye open. Walls and ceiling might have been paper thin.
