This Inn was quiet, quaint, warm and so comfortable with a river flowing right beside it that I could hear from my window. I love this place. My first time there, and I plan on only staying here whenever I am in Provo. Thank you Provo River Inn for a wonderful and very pleasant experience. Breakfast was included, and Staff was so Kind. Awesome stay!
It is what it is. For $66 dollars I wasn't expecting the Hilton. There we maintenance issues with the room, hack tile repairs, bath tub to shower control stuck to shower only, and just looking run down
TERRIBLE!! The mattress seems to be the original mattress from when the hotel opened. The swimming pool was drained. The desk attendant seemed put out we were checking in. There is no elevator. The room was beat up with the peep hole taped over on the door. The carpets are filthy and the continental breakfast is a joke. Just don't do it! It's not worth it!
