We had horrible experience last night at first their was police there got two people arrested infront of me got scared and then the guy named Jhon hem at reception was so rude to us their door to the rooms wasn't working we asked him to fix he said i can't you can go around the building when we said no because we had 3 little kids with us one in lap this rude guy who has no manners told us to leave and hand him keys. Crap rooms at a high price for what you get. No breakfast even though it says it everywhere online and you see the big breakfast area when at the front desk. No one mentions there's no breakfast either. So cheap dirty rooms, poor service and amenities and no breakfast and nothing done to make sure guests know that either. I believe they WANT people to THINK there's a breakfast because it's too late once it's morning and they're looking for it.

Service right off the bat was unamusing. Front desk agent spent 10+ minutes commenting how strange my name was while I remained silent. The room I got was questionable....bathtub had peeling paint that was stuck in the drain, room has a weird, musty smell, bathroom had either mildew or mold on the ceiling, furniture was absolutely disgusting....I have never seen anything like it in my life.
