This was a pet friendly location and was accommodating to our needs as we stopped during our travel across the country. It had a clean room, except that the microwave didn’t work, but there was adequate breakfast in the morning
The staff was super friendly. The room was clean and nice. My family and I had a great time.
Hello it’s time to share my review with Baymont of Plainfield. I have stayed at many baymonts and this location is not the best location by far.. we stayed there August 14th-15th. I was waiting to add a review untill everything is settled with Expedia. Baymont goes by their non refundable claims no matter what. I have taken videos of my claims and showed the front desk Friday morning that there a roaches in the bathroom I did this very quietly and discreetly. Did not want my money back or anything.
