STAY AWAY - ROACH INFESTED Found roaches in the bathroom on the first night, got “moved to another room” (as if that would solve the problem) and this morning woke up to a mother load of babies scurrying everywhere when I turned on the lights. Absolutely disgusting, waiting for “customer service” to “open” so I can get a refund to stay else where.
It was a huge hassle to get a room at one hotel from you guys. I couldn’t understand why I had to be over 21 to get a room when that’s never been a thing at all with any hotel and I’ve never ran into that issue. But after talking with someone else it all worked out with a different one. However I’m still waiting on my $60 deposit refund and it’s been over 3-5 business days; my room was nearly spotless when I left it so there’s no excuse as to why I shouldn’t get my deposit back. But, the front desk workers were amazing
They have roaches. I was checking in and one came up on to the check-in counter in a well lit room like it was no big deal and then ran away. When I expressed I no longer wanted to stay there, the front desk guy told me the rooms were good tho. As if the cockroaches don’t bother guests in their rooms they just like to greet everyone at check in. Priceline and the hotel are now trying to decide if they’ll allow me out of the nonrefundable reservation. Cheese n rice.
