Staff was friendly but our room and facilities did not meet expectations. The sleeping area was remodeled, but: - Our toilet leaked everytime we flushed it - The shower had brown stains - The room smelled like weed - The elevator numbers did not display - The room next to us had a padlock on their door - The ice machine was taken apart and not working - We felt unsafe by those who approached us in the parking lot We didn't even stay for the night we paid for.
The worker at the front desk was amazing. We had to change our camping plans due to weather and had a hard time finding a place. The experience was great!
