Horrible...just horrible..first night I didn't get there until the middle of the night, drove most of the night to get to my husband in ICU. Arrived around 3 AM, checking in, opened the door and the smoke smell hit me. Tried to turn lights on and got nothing. Called three times before answered, asked if special way to turn on lights, she said she would send maintenance, he came quickly which is prob one of the only positive things I can say. Deceiving prices
We received welcoming check in, friendly service. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel was close to shopping centers and restaurants. Thanks for a great stay and excellent service from staff!
Honestly it’s one of the worst places I have visited . Gave me the wrong keys to the wrong room, which then required me to carry all of my belongings all the way around to go to the right room. Got out of the room for two seconds and got locked out due to old doors and locks so I had to get a new key again because the one that worked no longer worked within the first 20 minutes of entering the room.
