I have stayed at this hotel before but this time my experience was much better. The new staff has made a huge difference. I especially want to recognize Adam, the new manager. He is hardworking, professional and provides outstanding customer service.I’ve never seen someone manage a property with such dedication and genuine hospitality. He goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and taken care of. Because of Adam’s exceptional service this hotel deserves 5 stars. Keep up the great work!
I had a great experience during my stay. The rooms were okay, but I’m giving this hotel 5 stars because of the outstanding service from Adam at the front desk.
