My recent stay at the Baymont by Wyndham in Odessa, Texas, located at 4101 Parks Legado Road, was extremely disappointing and well below the standards expected of a Wyndham property. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed there was only one luggage cart available for the entire hotel, which caused unnecessary inconvenience for guests checking in and out. The hotel is okay, but the service could definitely improve. We stayed for three nights — on the second day, our room wasn’t cleaned due to staff shortages. They said they would at least replace the towels and take out the trash, but that never happened. On the third day, they told us again they couldn’t clean the room for the same reason. We had to speak with the front desk, and although the receptionist was quite reluctant, they eventually arranged for the room to be cleaned that day.
