Para empezar no hay aire acondicionado, hay un calor infernal aquí en la recepción, estoy aun esperando a que la gerente carol responda su teléfono porque reserve una suite y no hay disponibles y se supone que estaba reservada , lo peor esque me quieren dar una habitación regular por el mismo precio de la suite porque ya esta reservado y no pueden cambiar el precio !!!!! Not much to complain about, except that the staff takes up a large portion of an already small dining area during breakfast time. Other than that the front desk staff member and Manager are very nice and helpful.

I had two issues...1) check in not till 3pm. My flight landed at 11am..I understand that most check ins are 12am up until 2pm if hotel not full and rooms available most hotels will let you check in early...not here. Hotel was not full but if I wanted to check in early had pay $25 an hour...I can understand late check out charge to make rooms available but not early if you paid for day. Although the hotel is very clean and rooms are nice the fact that the hotel WiFi is not available to those who stay at the very end of the hotel is beyond comprehension. I’m in room 100 which is the last room before the left side entrance and I have no WiFi access. I only get access whenever I go to the front desk or near that area. And it doesn’t help that cell service is very poor in this area as well. I think it would be smart to provide internet service to the entire hotel and not just those closest to the lobby area.
