Walked in tonight 07-10-26 to book a room. Lobby was actually beautiful but not only did the receptionist have a POOR and rude attitude, when I asked if they allowed service animals she said yes as long as you provide proof, which is ILLEGAL to ask so I walked out and went somewhere else. I stepped away from the desk to look up pricing on my phone and listened to the way she spoke to the gentleman after me, so rude! She needs some etiquette lessons in hospitality.
They must not clean the bathrooms when I opened the lid to the toilet someone had went to the bathroom and stopped the toilet up it was like 2 in the morning when we checked in so we didnt want to leave we told the guy working he gave us a plunger.
I'm thoroughly impressed with the rooms the size is great lots of storage. The staff is amazing, The manager on duty Jenny was very informative client and welcoming to my family and myself. The room was clean and presented well very glad we took a chance.
The room condition was the worst I've seen in a long time, with broken outlets, roof leaks, loose toilet, mildew, and some intimidating clientele hanging out in the parking lot. We complained to corporate and got nowhere so I deleted the photos. The very only good thing was the Waffle House next door - and they got a nice tip.
Oh dear, booked on line and arrived at front desk and it was down hill from checking in to checking out. If you don't mind loosing your deposit, arguing with the girl at the front desk, be disrespected by the server for whatever they have at breakfast then you shouldn't have a problem. Upon my arrival the manager a whit girl that wears glasses was arguing with a guest over the remote not working. Got to my room and my TV nor remote works.
