The staff were kind and professional, the cleanliness and free breakfast, were not as good as I expected based on the reviews and price.
Enjoyed every moment, from the moment we walked in and met the clerk until we were checking out and met housekeeping.. A fabulous time of rest and relaxation.
Very uncomfortable beds. Lumpy beds and pillows. Bed sank severely on left side and the bottom of the bed seemed higher than the head of the bed. The guy at the front desk ignored me when I told him the coffee cups were leaking a lot. Like puddles on the floor a lot. But 5 minutes later a guy went to the front desk and he jumped up to fix the problem. The guy Sam was pleasant as were the ladies who worked there. Not enough seating for breakfast. Closet had a distinct mildew smell and the door wouldn't shut unless you slammed it but my real issue was waking up at 5 am and going to wash my face just to have a roach run up the wall after I moved the Kleenex box and when I killed it and showed the front desk letting them know they might want to have the building sprayed the guy just blew me off, We ended up checking out early the man at the counter refused to give us a receipt and continued to act arrogant and ignorant to the situation even with Wyndham corporate on the... read more
