If I could leave 0 stars I would. I've had so much trouble with this location it's not funny. First, I went there with a week reservation done through Priceline. When we arrive, I start the check-in process and then go to get our bags. Which prompts the front desk lady to come out and state we had too many bags (we've stayed at other hotels with the same number of bags). I like to start off by saying this place should be closed down. The woman at the front counter is believed the owner is extremely!!!extremely!!! Rude!!! We booked two nights for guest we had coming into town but things changed and we tried reaching them by phone but the number kept hanging up. My husband went up there to speak to someone but the lady of Indian descent refused to work with him and kept walking away from the counter. The worst room I’ve ever stayed in hotel. The front desk clerk, an old Indian woman, was incredibly arrogant and greedy. She refused to accept our online reservation and insisted on paying the full room rate for a walk-in room. If we refused, she would blatantly tell us that she would cancel our reservation and that the rooms were so stinky and unhygienic that we wouldn’t want to stay there anyway.
