Paper thin walls. Rude staff (except for a couple evening shift girls). Mold in the shower. Weird smell throughout. But hey, at least they have soggy eggs and pale sausage. Don’t do it.

I knew the hotel was older, but it was the only option in the area I needed. I didn't have high expectations. When I arrived at 3:30, I was mey with a musty room with blackened corners on the bathroom and tub. Although I was not happy about this I figured it's what I got for booking an old hotel. But I logged in for a work meeting and internet's speeds were 7.5 Mbps down and 4.6 Mbps up. Positive: Our room on the second floor was quiet and air conditioning worked well. Towels were refreshed daily. The room and common areas were clean. Negative: The hotel is dated and in need of a “refresh.” There are limited outlets for iPad, phone, CPAP machine plug in. Outlets are behind furniture and difficult to access. The breakfast buffet had cold cereals, bagels, bread, small pastries, yogurt. Eggs and sausage were not replenished so none were available by 8:30 after earlier guests were there. BED BUGS galore. Room 120 not only smelled musty, I woke up with about 15 BED BUGS on me and the sheets. I killed several and red stains resulted. Brought the sheets to front desk and the staff acknowledged. Fresh sheet was provided, I was willing to accept that; however, BED BUGS live in the mattress and in the morning, there were more bugs. I was bitten several times. I felt disgusting. I am still waiting to hear from management, as a refund is in order. 2 Staff members very friendly, the other 3 "could not be bothered."
