Stayed one night for a buisness trip room smelled musty brown streak long stains on the curtains, lamp is rusted, elevator was making scary noises and took forever to open we thought we were stuck on it. Breakfast was trash ….cubed scrambled eggs from a bag?… very out dated hotel and i will never be staying again i couldn’t even sleep last night . Only thing that was clean was the sheets thank God! Room just smelted and felt nasty! UPDATE THE HOTEL ROOM AND FURNITURE!!
This hotel was clean, comfortable, convenient and quiet. I stayed here on a business trip last night and the staff was helpful with providing info about the city of McComb and with all the amenities that the hotel offers. Great breakfast!
We rented 4 rooms for a family reunion ... there were issues with each room, shower pressure/temperature, no phone in one room, broken furniture, air conditioner stuck on 86 (we were told to use a blunt instrument to adjust) after expressing our displeasure and concern about the temperature not staying consistent, I asked for another room, was told there were no more ... then when I stated I could not have my elderly father (94) in a room with air conditioner issues, they suddenly found a room, however, it was setting 10pm b... read more
Everything was beautiful. The manager saw me and my daughters coming down the hall and he spoke to us and then he asked us if we wanted to take a picture of us together. That was so thoughtful and kind of him because we were not even thinking about that. We enjoyed our stay everything was fine.The young lady that checked us in was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and with a lot of varieties.
