Being an Operations Manager for a different hotel chain it’s refreshing to see how very professional the staff was and cleanliness of the room and property overall… I made this reservation back in January and call a few times to ask different questions and always received great customer service… I definitely would recommend this property and will be back anytime I come to visit my family in Mississippi.
These people literally just took 100 dollars from me. The guy that checked me in tell me nothing about its a non smoking hotel they have no no owing sign on your hotel door. But wait until I leave to charge me 1 dollars saying I smoked in the room. I'm a smoker if I knew it wasn't a non smoking hotel I would not have got a room there. Then the guy over the place rude and telling me its nothing he can do about it. When your employees should inform people that's not from that area that they can not smoke in the rooms.
