The mattress is very very hard and My Husband who usually loves a pretty firm mattress even had a lot of difficulty sleeping on it. The pillows are extremely soft with no structure so the two of those combined together is actually not great. In the morning we went into the breakfast area where somebody was tending to. The first thing you do when you get there is pick up a phone to call to check in. I found that odd but it wasn't a long wait. They probably have a skeleton staff. The rooms for the price are pretty good. No bed bugs, it was comfortable. The room did have its quirks like the outlets didn't like to work great the TV remote didn't turn on the TV but that is just convince I don't care about getting up to turn on the TV. The hotel is a great value and a great location. I had 0 issues with booking, check-in, service, or cleanliness. I am a Platinum Wyndham Rewards member and this hotel serves the purpose and is tremendous value. The only reason I cannot give 5 stars, is the hallways and breakfast area is extremely cold! The first morning I started out for breakfast and had to go back to get a hooded sweatshirt to wear down to the breakfast area and then I had to bring my breakfast back to the room.
