Great staff
We booked our room online, paid in full and they charged my credit card a second time at arrival for the entire price of the room. When we discussed this with the manager he was rude and not helpful in the least. He told us to dispute it with corporate but refused to give us the contact information for corporate. Bathroom was dirty. Room smells moldy. Literally all this place is missing is cockroaches. Not only will I never stay at a Baymont again but I may never stay at any hotel chain owned by Wyndham. I’ve stayed here twice and it’s okay. Not bad for how cheap it is. Decent/safe area, but not the cleanest. All of the hallway and public area carpet is disgusting and needs to be replaced.
Horrible hotel. Worse one in Madison. Super dirty and the staff is super rude. Dodge it for your sanity.
Old sheets, smells in the room. Customer service wasn’t helpful at all!
