The only complaint I have is the room was not as clean as I expected should be. Carpet needs to be cleaned.

My stay at this hotel was so bad I was ready to go home and deal with a Detroit power outage rather than spend one more night there — and that should tell you everything. Let’s start with the room. Outdated doesn’t even begin to describe it. The décor is proudly stuck in the 20th century, like they’re running a museum nobody asked for. No USB plugs anywhere, because apparently modern electricity is optional. After a tornado knocked out the power at my Airbnb, I had to find a local hotel on short notice, something I hadn't done in a long time. Benjamin, the front desk clerk, would not allow me to check in online, so I had to uber over and hope they still had a room available when I arrived . Fortunately, they were able to accommodate me. Really good location. Two nice restaurants very close, and for us, it was close to where we needed to be. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was tidy and clean, the bed was really comphy. There was just a bit of a musty smell in the room, but not bad. Breakfast was what you would expect... Coffee was better than we expected. All in all, better than average. We would certainly stay with them again.

The best hospitality in the Detroit metropolitan area! The staff is awesome! Great smiles, welcoming, professional and ready to please! Very clean environment, quiet, and comfortable! The entire staff, with a favorable mention for the manager Laura who always making sure the quest has a pleasurable experience! Great breakfast, clean linen and towels! Super clean!
