The facilities are terrible - the elevator broke down 3 times, the pool has been under repair for 3 months with no sign of it getting fixed, and the AC in my room is a disaster, it's so loud it's unbearable. My child's money also went missing, and calling the police didn't help at all. I strongly advise everyone not to waste their time here.

Our stay here was the best rate we found near our relatives place. Commute to them wasnt badm we had to cut our trip short and they were very helpful with the process. Management was able to provide assistance to front desk on a weekend and got our stay squared away. The days we ere there we were able to catch breakfast and was good. Pretty much the same as alot of other hotel companies. Our room did seem outdated but we did have a clean room. Also I was relieved how quiet our stay was.

Staff were all great, welcoming, and helpful. Thats where the good ends. The hotel was very dirty. It looked absolutely hammered (trim and molding falling off or missing, paint in poor condition, door locks broken, etc.). It was also very filthy. Crumbs all over the floor and even in the bed upon arrival. We didn't even feel comfortable unmaking the bed to sleep. We just slept on top with our own blankets.
