One of the staff members we spoke to was friendly, but that’s about the only positive things I have to say. It was extremely over priced. The bedding was dirty, the floor was dirty, the tub had been “fixed” with some flimsy material that made us feel as if one wrong move would make us fall through it, the shower curtain was ripped, there are random screws in the wall, the beds are extremely uncomfortable, you can feel the springs through them. We stayed for 3 nights during our road trip wt the Baymont. Thank you very much for having us. The staff is doing an outstanding service, they helped us a lot and explained everything. The possibility for visiting the gym and the laundromat 24/7 is something that we appreciated a lot. The rooms are clean and breakfast is very good, served by a very lovely and caring lady. Thanks again!
The front desk man, Ben has been very polite and helpful every time that I have visited Las Vegas this past year. Unfortunately, my sister passed away and I have had to make multiple trips and each and every time, Ben has been an exceptional employee with his kindness and customer service. Ben is a 5⭐️ employee and is always willing to help with anything. Great experience and I highly recommend.
Super quiet hotel near the Las Vegas strip clean.. extra praise to staff member ben for amazing service had an issue in the room quick to fix issue. Can't ask for anything more
