Habitaciones sucias desde el inicio de la estancia, el hotel sucio y viejo. No lo recomiendo para nada.
Siempre que acudo a Laredo Texas me hospedo en este hotel y había sido atendida con amabilidad y cortesía pero, el día 1 de agosto no fue así, la persona que estaba en recepción se comportó muy grosera con mal carácter Al siguiente día sucedió lo mismo, en el desayuno le comenté que no había platos y me ignoró Posteriormente acudo a dejar la tarjeta de acceso y sucede lo mismo
It's old and need major renovations. Service is ok. Staff could of been kinder and more attentive. It is conveniently located.
