room had dead bugs. guy who checked us in wasn't at desk, but he walked up with no shoes or socks on bare foot to check us in? price gouged. this place is normally $50. I paid $156. guy who was manager prateet not dan? said he could give $20 credit....i figured that and tax? umm no 20 flat. Won't stay there again. One room had holes in the walls and dirty underwater in bathroom. Tried to get my money back but manager just argued with me and wouldn't refund money. Our room had black mold on the bathroom ceiling. Also charged an extra $50 for each room for incidental we used nothing extra.
Last night I booked a room online and had the front desk lady try to squeeze a $50 deposit out of me. She had her toddler son behind the desk with her and he was not happy about that. Very unprofessional and she was extremely rude towards a young woman who had been left there by her guy friend telling her to get out . I asked if she was really kicking her into the cold and immediately the front desk gal began screaming at me, threatened to call police and I responded with please do give them a call.
