From The moment we walked through the door, this hotel exceeded expectations! The front desk staff were super pleasant, going so far as to let my mom get ice from the staff only breakfast prep area! very relaxing! The room was comfortable, and surprisingly quiet! The star of the show, though, was the breakfast!!!so many choices. we will for sure stay here again next time in Hutch!!
Clean rooms and great hospitality
I Booked through Expedia, and ended up checking out a day early. Expedia customer services tried their best to screw me out of a refund and blamed it on the hotel but the Daniel at the front desk here talked to them with me and helped me get the appropriate refund. He provided excellent customer service throughout my whole 2 week stay
