Comfortable room and bed. Great breakfast.
I wasn’t going to complain, no where is ever perfect but there are something’s that are unexceptionable so I’m now giving all my complaints. We came in to a dusty floor, mold in the bathroom as well as behind appliances and even under the toilet itself, I got asked if I changed rooms and no I didn’t but that’s because given the read reviews at least my lights worked. Rooms were not very clean- carpets needed some serious TLC, and the bathroom had hairs throughout. Beds seemed decent. Everytime we got in bed had to rub dirt off our feet from the carpet- ew. My family and I were itchy after our stay and I found signs of bed bug bites on my 3 year old from sleeping in one of the beds in the room. Not to mention the party some high schoolers decided to start next door to our room at 2:45am. Won't stay again, Very dirty bathroom - other people's hair and grime and crumbs 🤢 Everytime I asked for a clean towel they didn't have any. Staff didn't seem to be able to understand my questions.
Hot tub is ice cold. When I went to the front desk I informed them about the hot tub being ice cold. He told me that it was just filled today and it takes a couple hours to heat up, (it's now a few hours later still no heat in the hot tub)! there was a gentleman that was sitting at the table and he said that he has been waiting for 9 days for the hot tub to heat up.
