Cleanliness.... there was a ton of other people's hair, pubic hair, and animal hair imbedded in all towels & blankets. Tons of filth, dirt & mold in every corner and edge of the bathroom and hotel room. The pool area was filthy, green mold covered exterior door and outer edges of the floor and walls!! The breakfast area was gross, not a single surface had been cleaned or wiped down in God knows how long!
