The staff was friendly when we first arrived. Until we complained about the constant amount of people blocking the entrance to the parking lot. There is only one way in and one way out. Customers continually block the entrance while checking in, instead of taking a parking spot. This happened multiple times each day on the three days that I stayed at this location and the counter staff was not helpful. While the front desk really tried to give great service the housekeeping sabotaged them at every turn.

It's a Baymont Inn, n it upheld that standard well...the young lady who tended the desk was helpful and courteous...it was just all wrong for my needs this trip...the low rating is for Booking.com They dropped the ball in every possible way...mostly the location, which is miles away from the airport...and the cost- fully $40 more than the property actually charges...won't be using Booking.com again.
