I did not feel safe staying here due to the environment. There was blood and stains on various parts of the room, like walls, bed, curtains (I took images), there are patches of paint missing on the walls, the smell/odors in the halls and room are nauseating and overwhelming of smoke and other smells. The lady that checked me in & checked me out (about 15 minutes after I checked in) was very nice and patient. Listened to my experience. The guy at front desk staff is completely unacceptable. Their attitude is disrespectful, unprofessional, and they are clearly not doing their job. The hotel claims to provide customer service, but in reality they refuse to assist guests and treat them in a rude and dismissive manner. This is a total lack of respect and reflects very poorly on the hotel. Immediate action should be taken to address this issue.
If I could give this hotel negative star I would. We reserved a room with a balcony and when we got there, we were told there was none left. We were already running behind for an event so decide to just go to the room anyways and get ready. When we got into the room, there was a plunger and dirty towels in the bathroom. I was promised a refund and never received it. No heat in my room sent me to another room that was flooded out. Went back to first room and fixed the heater myself. Called a lier while checking it. NO fire hoses in the building. No hot water at all. Had to help two people stuck in the elevator. Very rude staff except for the woman that helped me. No one ever at the front desk.
