The hotel itself just feels a run down. The room was OK, but clearly lacking in maintenance. The carpet near the air conditioner was inexplicably damp. The room smelled musty. The pool was a bit cloudy and seemed dirty. But worst of all, on the second day (after we’d already unpacked our family of 4 including 2 little kids), the bathroom light went out. Everything was fine with one exception, and it's a big one. The rooms were uncomfortably humid / damp and that made it difficult to sleep. Otherwise it was clean and service was very good.

Not great. Despite this photo posted on the mirror they refused to change our sheets and towels any earlier than 3 days. My young son had a small accident and had to sleep on damp sheets. Then, they didn’t bother changing our sheets and towels on the third day either! We had to go to the front desk and ask again - they gave us the bedding but we had to change all of it ourselves. One positive was the breakfast was well stocked and had decent variety though most things were obviously premade. We won’t stay here again.
