I recently stayed at this hotel and found the experience to be quite pleasant. The rooms were average in size and amenities, offering the basics needed for a comfortable stay, but nothing overly extravagant. However, the highlight of my visit was the beautiful pool area. I spoke to Stacy at the front office today 4/14. She was one of the most helpful and pleasant employees. She gave me all of the information I needed regarding my pet and the hotel rules regarding pets. I really appreciate the help. I’ve stayed at a this location before, they have a pool and hot tub! Very comfortable and clean rooms and they are close to all of the events in Grand Haven! Definitely recommend this location!

I only give 4 stars because they male you pay $100 deposit. I booked 2 rooms and had to do $200 deposit. Here we are 2 days later no refund still. It doesn't even clarify this when booking. I love this hotel it's 5 stars outside of this. The service rooms and breakfast are phenomenal.
