Honestly this experience kinda sucked. The elevator was broken, the hallways are dirty and smelly and HOT. The room itself was clean, but you could feel the springs in the bed and the shower fan did not work. The location is between 2 highway type roads and it was quite loud at night. The internet connection booted us off pretty frequently and the breakfast was sad. We ended up staying at a hotel across the street and it's much better. This really wasn't worth it but staff was nice.

I must say that I was very disappointed.... First, the elevators were down, with no idea of when they would be back up and running due to an"insurance" issue. The carpets were dirty and when we got to our room, it was scorching hot. The breakfast was "ok". The coffee was way too strong and the waffles were the best thing there. There was a large crack in the mirror above the food and it was bandaged up by cardboard. The beds are not at all comfortable, like sleeping on bricks. Check in process was easy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included was good and plentiful. Parking was easy and there was an abundance of food options nearby. Location is very quiet and safe. AC was very strong and rooms were cozy. Vending machine prices were fair and there was free water dispenser.
