I must say that I was very disapponted.... First, the elevators were down, with no idea of when they would be back up and running due to an"insurance" issue. The carpets were dirty and when we got to our room, it was scorching hot. The breakfast was "ok". The coffee was way too strong and the waffles were the best thing there. I had a 7 day stay there recently during lollapalooza and it was an amazing stay. Complimentary breakfast and free transportation from the airport! Parking was great they had a big lot and is extremely walkable and delicious I might add food and drink places that even shocked me! The rooms were very clean and the a/c was amazing. Too dirty. Elevator was not working, bathroom was disgusting. For the first time I witnessed a vanity outside the bathroom in the room. Beds were too small to be called double bed. There were mouse trap in the building, indicating that this place has this problem. All in all it was a very bad experience. Not going to stay there in future.
