Very disappointing experience. Check-in took almost 30 minutes due to a slow computer system. The room is cramped, the bathroom is outdated, and the internet doesn't work at all. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Value for money. I use this place as it give me good connectivity and near by vegetarian food portions. Update. After praising last time had bad experience this time. Elevator not working for 2 days and we are at level 3 with heavy bags. Room keys provided kept failing to use 2nd time and I had to keep going to reception for programming when elevator is not operational. Will not consider for next stay.

I don't know if it's because of the low cost, but the hotel does need some urgent renovations. Apart from that, the smell of humidity was tremendous. We couldn't figure out if it was because of the air conditioning or something else.

Front desk staff seemed pleasant upon arrival, but the entire property needs updating. Furniture in lobby is old and fabric worn, carpet in stairway and some public areas are dirty. Looks they have new carpet in hallways but lighting is dim and spooky in hallways and rooms. Beds are decent and comfortable. Lots of freeway noise in rooms and floors seem bouncy (could hear our neighbors upstairs). Bathrooms lack fans and there is visible mold on the ceilings. Water from sink has a bad smell.
